मुंबई : बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट की औरंगाबाद बेंच ने कहा है कि विवाहित महिला को घर का काम करने के लिए कहना क्रूरता नहीं है।
Mumbai: The Aurangabad Bench of the Bombay High Court has observed that asking a married woman to do household chores is not cruelty.
बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने कहा कि इसकी तुलना नौकरानी के काम से भी नहीं की जा सकती।
The Bombay High Court said that it cannot even be compared with the work of a maid.
दरअसल, एक महिला ने अपनी शिकायत में आरोप लगाया था कि शादी के बाद एक महीने तक उसके साथ अच्छा व्यवहार किया गया, लेकिन उसके बाद वे उसके साथ नौकरानी जैसा व्यवहार करने लगे।
In fact, a woman had alleged in her complaint that she was treated well for a month after marriage, but after that they started treating her like a maid.
बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने महिला की याचिका खारिज कर दी।
The Bombay High Court dismissed the woman's petition.
