अब बीटेक की पढ़ाई अंग्रेजी के साथ हिंदी में भी होगी

उत्तर प्रदेश में बीटेक प्रथम वर्ष के विद्यार्थियों को इस सत्र से तकनीकी विषय को अंग्रेजी के साथ हिंदी में भी पढ़ने का मौका मिलेगा। डा. एपीजे अब्दुल कलाम तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय (एकेटीयू) और संबद्ध तकनीकी कालेजों में विद्यार्थियों को तकनीकी विषयों की हिंदी में लिखी पुस्तकें भी उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है।
First year students of B.Tech in Uttar Pradesh will get a chance to study technical subject in Hindi along with English from this session. Books written in Hindi on technical subjects are also being made available to the students of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) and affiliated technical colleges.
डा. एपीजे अब्दुल कलाम तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय तकनीकी विषयों पर पुस्तकें हिंदी में लिखने के लिए अपने शिक्षकों को दो लाख रुपये की ग्रांट भी दे रहा है। इसके लिए सभी कालेजों के शिक्षकों से अपेक्षा की गई है कि सत्र शुरू होने पर वे कक्षा में छात्रों को पढ़ाते समय तकनीकी शब्दावली भले ही अंग्रेजी में बताएं, लेकिन विषय हिंदी में समझाएंगे। बीटेक प्रथम वर्ष के विद्यार्थियों को हिंदी और अंग्रेजी दोनों में प्रश्नपत्र दिए जाएंगे। वे किसी भी भाषा में उत्तर लिख सकेंगे।
Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University is also giving a grant of two lakh rupees to its teachers for writing books on technical subjects in Hindi. For this, the teachers of all the colleges have been expected to explain the technical terminology in English, but the subject in Hindi while teaching the students in the class at the start of the session. The question papers will be given in both Hindi and English to the first year students of B.Tech. They can write answers in any language.
टर्म अंग्रेजी में संवाद हिंदी में : डा. एपीजे अब्दुल कलाम तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रो. प्रदीप कुमार मिश्र ने बताया कि 15 नवंबर से सत्र शुरू हो रहा है। पढ़ाई के दौरान टर्म अंग्रेजी में ही होंगे,लेकिन पढ़ाने और समझाने का तरीका हिंदी में होगा। एआइसीटीई (अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी परिषद) की ओर से तैयार कराई गई हिंदी माध्यम की पुस्तकों को मंगा रहा है। विषय को समझाने की प्रक्रिया हिंदी में है। इससे हिंदी माध्यम के विद्यार्थी तकनीकी विषय को आसानी से समझ लेंगे। द्विभाषीय होने से प्लेसमेंट या किसी भी तरह की समस्या नहीं आएगी।
Term English Dialogue in Hindi : Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University Vice Chancellor Prof. Pradeep Kumar Mishra told that the session is starting from November 15. During the studies, the terms will be in English only, but the method of teaching and explaining will be in Hindi. Hindi medium books prepared by AICTE (All India Technical Council). The process of explaining the topic is in Hindi. With this, students of Hindi medium will easily understand the technical subject. Being bilingual will not cause placement or any kind of problem.
हिंदी माध्यम से बीटेक करने से शुरुआती दौर की चुनौतियां आ सकती हैं। अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर शोध करने और संवाद करने में दिक्कत होगी। ज्यादातर शिक्षक अंग्रेजी माध्यम से पढ़कर ही आए हैं। बहुत से पाठ्य सामग्री अंग्रेजी में उपलब्ध है। हालांकि जापान, जर्मनी जैसे देश जिस तरह से अपनी भाषा में तकनीकी शिक्षा देकर विश्व के साथ संवाद रखते हैं, उसे देखते हुए माना जा रहा है कि यहां भी ऐसी समस्या नहीं आएगी।
Doing BTech in Hindi medium can bring challenges in the initial phase. It will be difficult to conduct research and communicate internationally. Most of the teachers have come only after studying through English medium. Many text materials are available in English. However, considering the way countries like Japan, Germany communicate with the world by giving technical education in their language, it is believed that such a problem will not arise here too.
