दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने पहले से शादीशुदा होने के बावजूद शादी का झांसा देकर एक महिला से शारीरिक संबंध बनाने के आरोपित की अग्रिम जमानत याचिका मंगलवार को खारिज कर दी। जस्टिस योगश खन्ना ने कहा कि याचिकाकर्ता ने हर बार पीड़िता को धोखा दिया है, जिस पर विचार करते हुए इन परिस्थितियों में वह अग्रिम जमानत पाने का हकदार नहीं है। कोर्ट ने उसे भगोड़ा अपराधी करार देते हुए कहा कि वह राहत पाने का हकदार नहीं है।

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday rejected the anticipatory bail plea of ​​an accused of having physical relations with a woman on the pretext of marriage despite being already married. Justice Yogesh Khanna said that considering that the petitioner has cheated the victim every time, she is not entitled to anticipatory bail in these circumstances. Terming him as a fugitive offender, the court said that he was not entitled to relief.

जस्टिस खन्ना ने कहा कि आरोपित ने इस डर से अग्रिम जमानत याचिका दाखिल की थी कि उसे इस साल वसंत कुंज थाने में दर्ज मामले में गिरफ्तार होने की आशंका है। महिला ने आरोप लगाया है कि अक्टूबर [2018] से शादी के बहाने उसका शोषण किया जा रहा था। 

Justice Khanna said that the accused had filed the anticipatory bail application out of fear that he was likely to be arrested this year in the case registered at the Vasant Kunj police station. The woman has alleged that she was being exploited since October [2018] on the pretext of marriage.

आरोपित ने याचिका में कहा कि वे एक वैवाहिक वेबसाइट के जरिए संपर्क में आए थे। दोनों के बीच सहमति से संबंध बने थे। याचिका में दावा किया गया है कि इसके बाद ये दिल्ली से बाहर चले गए और 2019 में फिर से सहमति से संबंध बनाए। महिला को पता था कि उसने पत्नी से तलाक नहीं लिया है। इसके बाद भी उसने सहमति से उसके साथ संबंध बनाना जारी रखा।

The accused said in the petition that they had come in contact through a matrimonial website. The relationship between the two was consensual. The petition claimed that after this they moved out of Delhi and had a consensual relationship again in 2019. The woman knew that he had not divorced his wife. Even after this, he continued to have a relationship with her with consent.
