खराब आरओ नहीं बदला तो जिला उपभोक्ता आयोग ने लगाया दस हजार रुपए जुर्माना

जयपुर. जिला उपभोक्ता आयोग ने खराब आरओ नहीं बदलने को सेवादोष माना है। आयोग ने विक्रेता और आरओ निर्माता कंपनी पर 15 हजार रुपए का जुर्माना लगाया है। इसी के साथ आरओ की कीमत भी ब्याज सहित लौटाने के आदेश दिए हैं।
Jaipur. The District Consumer Commission has considered not changing the bad RO as a service defect. The commission has imposed a fine of Rs 15,000 on the seller and the RO manufacturer. Along with this, orders have also been given to return the cost of RO along with interest.
बरकत नगर निवासी गौरव सक्सेना ने गुप्ता एजेंसीज एमआइ रोड से यूरेका फोर्ब्स का आरओ प्लस 8700 रुपए में खरीदा। जिस पर एक साल की गारंटी दी। जो कुछ दिन बाद ही खराब हो गया। विक्रेता को शिकायत करने पर एक व्यक्ति ने आकर सही किया और पांच सौ रुपए सर्विस चार्ज के तौर पर वसूल कर लिए।
Gaurav Saxena, resident of Barkat Nagar, bought RO plus of Eureka Forbes from Gupta Agencies MI Road for Rs 8700. One year guarantee on it. Which got worse after a few days. On complaining to the seller, a person came and rectified it and recovered five hundred rupees as service charge.
इसके कुछ दिन बाद आरओ फिर से खराब हो गया। जिसकी शिकायत कंपनी के टोल-फ्री नंबर पर की। कंपनी के टैक्नीशियन ने आरओ सही किया लेकिन कुछ बाद ही खराब हो गया। इस पर उसने कंपनी और विक्रेता को आरओ बदलने के लिए बोला।
After a few days the RO got bad again. Whose complaint was made on the company's toll-free number. The company's technician corrected the RO but it got worse after some time. On this he asked the company and the seller to change the RO.
आयोग के नोटिस पर विक्रेता व कंपनी की ओर से कोई भी उपस्थित नहीं हुआ। जिस पर आयोग ने एक पक्षीय कार्रवाई करते हुए बिल व दस्तावेजों के आधार पर खराब आरओ बेचने को सेवादोष माना। आयोग ने विक्रेता व कंपनी को आरओ की कीमत 87 सौ रुपए ब्याज सहित लौटाने के आदेश दिए। इसी के साथ मानसिक संताप व परिवाद व्यय के तौर पर कुल 15 हजार रुपए देने का निर्देश दिया।
No one appeared on behalf of the seller and the company on the notice of the commission. On which the Commission, taking ex-parte action, considered the sale of bad RO on the basis of bills and documents as a service fault. The commission ordered the seller and the company to return the RO price of Rs 87 hundred with interest. Along with this, a total of 15 thousand rupees were directed to be paid as mental anguish and complaint expenses.
