पानीपत : शहर के कुलदीप नगर में सात साल की मासूम बच्ची की दुष्कर्म के बाद हत्या का मामला सामने आया। बच्ची को गला घोंटकर मारने के बाद घर के पीछे प्लॉट में उगी झाड़ियों में फेंक दिया गया। सुबह बच्ची की अर्धनग्न लाश मिली। बच्ची के होंठ पर चोट का निशान मिले हैं, वहीं, उसके निजी अंगों से भी खून निकल रहा था। सूचना मिलते ही क्षेत्र में सनसनी फैल गई।

मामले की सूचना मिलते ही एसपी शशांक कुमार सावन पुलिस दलबल के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे। मौके पर एफएसएल टीम को भी बुलाया गया। दोनों टीमों ने मौके से जरूरी साक्ष्य जुटाए। मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए एसपी ने आरोपितों पर 50 हजार का इनाम घोषित किया। मामले में पांच टीमों का गठन किया गया है। शव का सिविल अस्पताल में डॉक्टरों की बोर्ड टीम द्वारा पोस्टमार्टम करवाया गया है। 3 दिन पहले ही दिवाली मनाने बच्ची दादी के साथ पानीपत अपने माता-पिता के पास आई थी।

बच्ची के परिजनों ने बताया कि बच्ची रात को 9 बजे गली में खेल रही थी। पटाखे बजा रही थी। बच्ची के साथ गली के और भी बच्चे खेल रहे थे। तभी वह पटाखे लेने के लिए दुकान पर गई तो उसे अगवा कर लिया गया। वह यूपी में अपनी दादी के साथ रहती थी। तीन दिन पहले ही पानीपत में दादी के दिवाली मनाने आई थी।

थाना पुराना औद्योगिक क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत 7 वर्षीय मासूम बच्ची की अपहरण के बाद दुष्कर्म और हत्या के मामले की सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस अधीक्षक शशांक कुमार सावन ने स्वयं उप पुलिस अधीक्षक संदीप व सीआईए टीम इंचार्ज व थाना पुराना औद्योगिक प्रभारी के साथ वारदात स्थल का निरीक्षण किया। आरोपितों की धरपकड़ व पहचान के लिए पांच टीमों का गठन किया गया है। एसपी शशांक कुमार सावन ने मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए आरोपितों की सूचना देने पर 50000 रुपये का इनाम रखा है।

पुराना औद्योगिक थाना पुलिस को दी शिकायत में बच्ची के पिता ने बताया कि वह जिला लखीमपुर यूपी का रहने वाला है। हाल में वह पानीपत के कुलदीप नगर में रहता है। उसकी दो बेटियां है बड़ी बेटी 7 वर्षीय थी। दिवाली की रात करीब 9 बजे वह घर से दुकान पर पटाखे लेने गई थी। जिसके बाद वह वापस नहीं आई थी। कुछ ही देर बाद उसकी कई जगहों पर तलाश की मगर उसका सुराग नहीं लगा। पुलिस ने पिता की शिकायत पर अपहरण का केस दर्ज किया है।
