नई दिल्लीः चेक बाउंस मामले में आरोपी ने 10 साल मुकदमा लड़ने के बाद अब पैसे का भुगतान करने पर सहमति दी है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अदालत का समय बर्बाद करने के मामले में आरोपी पर 5 लाख रुपये का हर्जाना लगाया है।
New Delhi: After fighting the case for 10 years in the check bounce case, the accused has now agreed to pay the money. The Supreme Court has imposed a compensation of Rs 5 lakh on the accused in the case of wasting the time of the court.
सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याची ने निचली अदालतों के फैसलों को चुनौती दी थी। इन फैसलों में लगातार याची को दोषी करार दिया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान याचिकाकर्ता कुल 69 लाख रुपये भुगतान करने पर सहमत हो गया, ताकि मुकदमेबाजी का अंत हो सके।
In the Supreme Court, the petitioner challenged the decisions of the lower courts. In these decisions, the petitioner was repeatedly convicted. During the hearing in the Supreme Court, the petitioner agreed to pay a total of Rs 69 lakh, so that the litigation could come to an end.
शिकायती ने कहा कि उसे भी अब केस आगे चलाने की इच्छा नहीं है, क्योंकि मामले में आपसी सहमति से समझौता हो गया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट 10 साल के मुकदमेबाजी के बाद मामले में समझौता होने पर ज्यादा प्रभावित नहीं हुआ और कहा कि अदालत का समय याची ने बर्बाद किया है।
The complainant said that she also does not wish to pursue the case further as the matter has been settled by mutual consent. The Supreme Court was not much impressed with the settlement in the matter after 10 years of litigation and said that the time of the court was wasted by the petitioner.
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मामले में समझौते की इजाजत देते हुए याची से कहा है कि वह पांच लाख रुपये सुप्रीम कोर्ट एडवोकेट ऑन रेकॉर्ड वेलफेयर फंड में दो महीने में जमा करे।
The Supreme Court, while allowing settlement in the matter, has asked the petitioner to deposit Rs 5 lakh in the Supreme Court Advocate on Record Welfare Fund within two months.
