जब इस फर्जी क्लेम के संबंध में गाजियाबाद लेबर कोर्ट से एसआईटी ने रिकॉर्ड मांगा, तो वहां के रिकॉर्ड रूम में आग लगने की बात सामने आई। जिसके बाद इस मामले में एफआईआर भी दर्ज की गई है।
